Mission & Purpose

The mission of the GSA of Pass Christian High school is to build progressive student alliances that will foster a positive sense of self, which is the basis of educational achievement and personal growth, and to help maintain a safe school environment for all, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.

 

Students, faculty advisor(s), and community members will continue to help Pass Christian High School to be a welcoming school free of harassment and discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) people and allies.  The GSA will utilize active and engaging discussion to raise awareness of current social issues to help promote full equality for the LGBTQ community.
