Congratulations to Ms. Atkinson and the PCHS Mock Trial teams for their amazing showing at the Mock Trial Regional Competition this weekend. In their first competition, The A Team (above left) qualified for state, and the B Team (above right) qualified as an alternate. Both teams outperformed teams veteran teams that have been competing for several years. In addition to the team recognition, the following individuals were recognized:
Outstanding Attorney: Alyssa Gegenheimer, Annie Allen, Jacob Henderson, Zachary Roth, and John-Xavier Thornton.
Outstanding Witness: Ariana Troutman, Savanah Meyers, Randy Vu, and Jayda White
Outstanding Witness & Attorney: Carlos Roman
The state competition will take place in late February.
