-Our FCCLA chapter at PCHS is very active with over 78 members last year. Student officers run meetings for all members during A club connection time. Members have opportunities for community service projects, public relations projects, as well as competitions. We generally have one to 2 field trips during the year.
-FCCLA is a national student organization with more than 244,000 middle and high school student members from over 5,300 chapters across the nation. FCCLA's Ultimate Leadership Experience equips members with real-world skills through Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. FCCLA prepares members for careers through its four Career Pathways: Human Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Education and Training, and Visual Arts and Design.
-FCCLA members will strengthen skills, forge friendships, and make a positive difference in today’s world by participating in Competitive Events, serving in leadership positions, attending national conferences, networking with youth leaders, and attaining essential college- and career-ready skills.
